CLEAR RIVERS is thrilled to announce that we installed our 2nd Litter Trap in Romania!
The device is placed in the Crisul Repede river, in Oradea.
With the 2 floating booms, the majority of floating waste will be going into the Litter Trap instead of entering neighboring countries such as Hungary.
The representatives of GreenGroup, the Water Authority of Oradea, The Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in Romania and The HEINEKEN Company were present and together we inaugurated a brand-new location.
We would like to thank once again all our partners and we look forward to further expanding this collaboration in the near future.

Two weeks ago, we placed the device in the Dambovita river, a location heavily affected by plastic pollution. Now, it prevents plastics from reaching the Danube River and eventually the Black Sea.
